The institute was established in 2001 in a single room under the direction of Mrs. Alka Gupta. She worked from a shared office at 18, Satya Niketan. With her zeal and dedication, she shaped it into a full fledged Institute with three classrooms and an independent office by 2002, within two years.

The quality training she imparted fetched enormous success. By 2003 it blossomed into two centres with the second branch coming up at Ber Sarai. In 2005, the third branch was opened at Laxmi Nagar, which speaks volumes about the success and popularity of the institute. Today, BAFEL takes pride in having established 52 centres all over India.

About the Director of BAFEL
An extremely dedicated individual, she has a varied and an all encompassing training experience of over fifteen years at various places like Jodhpur, Jammu and Kashmir, Mumbai and finally in Delhi where her passion became her profession resulting in the formation of BAFEL.

Because of her passion for the language and the dream to make the young generation more confident and impressive, she imparts her valuable knowledge and experience to them at every step of the training. Her specially designed personality development modules are a big success with corporate as well as individual clients.
The specially customized modules are for foreign nationals are popular among various embassies and high commissions as well.

She has successfully made proficient all the BAFEL trainers who have been working under her personal supervision at various BAFEL locations and corporate trainings.
